I really want to read Life as We KNew it. I recall someone blogging a really good review on it. I think it might have been Nymeth. A good selection of books to keep you busy reading.
The Hunger Games!!! Read it!!!
Wow, to only go once a WEEK, you sure got a lot of books! That looks like my kind of haul! lol
Ooh, what a great selection! I really want to read Chains, Life as We Knew It and especially The Hunger Games! Happy reading.
Oh look at all that library loot. I really want to read The Elegance of the Hedgehog. Love the title and the cover.
Scrap girl: Yep, it was Nymeth. She's the reason why I checked it out!
Heather: I put all of my books on hold online. That way I can just stop in and pick them up! I can't wait to see what you received!
Michelle: Thanks!
Iliana: I've been on hold for this book for months now. I can't wait to read it.
Wow! That's a fantastic array of books. The only one I've read is "The Elegance of the Hedgehog" which I loved. Enjoy!
so many great books. Chains is amazing.
I really enjoyed The Elegance of the Hedgehog.. hope you do, too. :)
Wow! We're similar library users. ;) I didn't realise Laurie Halse Anderson wrote a novel about slavery-I hope you review it soon!
I picked up a really cheap copy of No One Belongs Here More Than You. I still haven't had a chance to read it. I'm looking forward to your review!
Chains and Life as We Knew It are both fantastic!! Hunger Games is sitting beside my bed!! I love how out of control you are in the library...doesn't make me feel so bad about my own library problem!!!
Great loot!!!
Wow - that's a lot of books - and seems like a nice mix. Enjoy your reading!
Thanks, Fleur!
Erika, everyone is saying that! I plan on reading it soon.
Thanks, Claire!
Eva, I think we do have some of the same taste in books. I hope to get to Chains soon. I have to get Tender Morsels out the way.
Staci, I am so out of control! =) I was just putting more books on hold a minute ago!
Thanks, saveophelia!
That's a lot of books! I probably get about that many, but they come in spurts so I don't really notice... (Or pretend not to, anyway!) And, it is not like I don't have tonnes of my own books to read... I am thinking I need to start staying off the library website. Of course, today I said that and then went browsing the new arrival list and found fantasy/sci-fi books... (My library has a bad selection overall.) So, I added like five to my holds list...
Wow, you will be busy. My hubby loves the Fables series. I liked but not as mush as he did.
What a nice haul of books!!!I need to get some titles for the Banned Book Challenge.
These all look great!!! I've been wanting to read a few of these and will be interested in hearing your thoughts when you finish. Great loot and enjoy :)
Oooh...fantastic loot! Happy reading :D
I am so sorry you have not been well. I don't see how you are able to do all you do!
Love your LL. Thought LIFE AS WE KNEW IT was an awesome read.
That's a lot of loot! Chains and Time Is A River are both great. Enjoy.
Wow, what a haul. I've got several of these on my TBR list. Can't wait to hear what you think of them.
I really enjoyed Don't Sleep, There are Snakes but then I'm kind of an anthropology nut:)
I too check out many books from the library. Perhaps we could just be library pirates. The more loot the better!!!
Kailana: Library websites can be addictive.
Linda: Hopefully I will be able to read every book I checked out.
J.Kaye: Thanks! I can't wait to read Life as We Knew it.
Thanks, Nise. I keep hearing great things about both books.
Samantha, Gavin, and Nymeth: Thanks!
Joseph: Library pirates sound perfect!
The Hunger Games and Life As We Knew It sound great! They are both on my TBR list - I love post apocalypse stuff!
